"Like a good neighborhood State Farm AIN'T there. There's a lot better places to get coverage and you should definitely go somewhere else. Dropped my homeowners when I got a new roof because the previous owners had filed claims on the home before I bought it and they said there were too many claims within 5 years. I only needed the roof after a hail storm. I had no knowledge of previous claims. You think they could have told me when I bought my insurance to begin with about previous claims. I was a customer of State Farm since 2008 in 2 different States. PS: Their commercials suck too."

"I've been working with this State Farm office for years for auto, home, renters, and jewelry insurance and have always had a delightful and thorough customer service experience. Diana and Sandy are both kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I trust State Farm to be fair and honest. I recently switched back to them for home insurance after being lured away to another company with a lower premium (which didn't last and wasn't worth the trade-off in quality) and I'm so happy I did. My premium is WAY lower and my coverage is much better! I love that I can talk to a human being within 24 hours of making contact. Overall, just a great experience with minimal stress which is hard to find when it comes to insurance!"

"They were an amazing company until they weren't. I had been a loyal state farm customer for years and was recently dropped after our vehicle was totaled in October. I say this loosely because our car was far from totaled, but they decided to deem it to be anyway due to "inflation and shortages," etc. The worst part about this experience is that the company waited until 2 WEEKS prior to our renewal date to inform us about the drop AND had originally opted to drop our home insurance, forcing me to find new coverage in a hurry, only to inform me AFTER I purchased new coverage that our home policy was still active. Needless to say, I have been a ball of stress ever since. I've been told by my independent agent that this is not an isolated incident with this company and that many individuals are experiencing the same treatment my husband and I have witnessed. Nearly 10 years with a company, and this is the parting package we have received. The moral of the story is that you never remain loyal to any company. Insurance is a scam. They use OUR money to pay others out, and when the company overspends, we are the ones facing the consequences."
